Ricardo Owens grew up as a child with a brain tumor at the age of (4yrs. old), stroke during surgery, had to take physical therapy until the age of (16yrs. old). In addition he was also left partially paralyzed for the rest of his life and experienced two more strokes at the ages of (19 & 23yrs old); yet he persevered. Through these experiences, life changes and struggles, patience is endured. From these experiences, being tried, despised and criticized, strength is brought to life. It is through life that the reader will encounter life changes multiple times over. As life is lived, more strength is obtained, which this strength is shared in the form of motivation, inspiration that drives the ambition to do what others have denied.
